La raccolta è effettuata manualmente in cassetta. Fermentazione spontanea in tini di legno con lungo contatto sulle bucce. Affinamento di 24 mesi in piccole botti di rovere.
Colore rosso rubino intenso e profondo. L’olfatto ampio e complesso spazia da sentori freschi di piccola frutta rossa matura e di pesca bianca a note eleganti di spezie e erbe aromatiche. Setoso e armonico, alla degustazione il vino dimostra grande personalità ed una perfetta corrispondenza aromatica gusto-olfattiva
